Jeffrey Gundlach, Chief Executive Officer
Jeffrey Gundlach is the Chief Executive Officer of DoubleLine. He is recognized as an expert1 in bonds and other debt-related investments. In 2011, he appeared on the cover of Barron's as "The New Bond King". In 2012, Bloomberg Markets magazine named him one of the "50 Most Influential". In 2013, Mr. Gundlach was named "Money Manager of the Year" by Institutional Investor. In 2015, Bloomberg Markets magazine again named him one of the "50 Most Influential". Mr. Gundlach is a graduate of Dartmouth College, summa cum laude, with degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy.

Philip Barach, President, DoubleLine Capital LP
Mr. Barach is co-founder and President of DoubleLine Capital. Mr. Barach is a member of DoubleLine Executive Management. Prior to DoubleLine, Mr. Barach was Co-Founder and Group Managing Director of the TCW Mortgage Group where he spent over 23 years. He has over 32 years of fixed income investment experience. Before joining TCW, Mr. Barach was Senior Vice President of Chief Investments for Sun Life Insurance Company in Los Angeles, where he was responsible for the asset/liability management of the firm and oversight and management of the company’s $5 billion investment portfolio. Previously, he served as Principal Fixed Income Officer for the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS), the largest pension plan in the country. In that capacity, he was responsible for managing the fixed income portion of the fund which was 100% internally managed. He attended the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he received a BA in International Relations and an MBA in Finance.
Henry Chase, MS, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, Controller
Mr. Chase joined DoubleLine in 2010. He is a member of DoubleLine’s Executive Management. Before joining DoubleLine, Mr. Chase was a partner in the Southern California practice of Tatum, LLC for ten years. He previously served five years as President of US Flywheel Systems and seven years as Chief Financial Officer for 1928 Jewelry Company. Previously, he worked ten years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles, serving a number of clients in the financial services industry. Mr. Chase holds a MS in Finance from San Diego State University and a BS in Economics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Keith Kirk, Chief Compliance Officer & Deputy General Counsel
Mr. Kirk serves DoubleLine as Chief Compliance Officer, Deputy General Counsel, and a member of DoubleLine’s Executive Management. Before formally joining DoubleLine in 2012, Mr. Kirk provided support to DoubleLine as a Legal and Compliance consultant from 2010 through 2011. From September 2004 through August 2009, he served as Chief Compliance Officer for Metropolitan West Asset Management, LLC (“MetWest”) and the Metropolitan West Funds. Prior to MetWest, he worked for Montgomery Asset Management, LLC and for NASD Regulation before joining Montgomery. He has a BS in Accounting from Penn State University, an MBA from San Jose State University and a JD from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the bar in California and the District of Columbia.
Earl Lariscy, General Counsel
Mr. Lariscy serves DoubleLine as General Counsel, Director of Corporate Governance and a member of DoubleLine’s Executive Management. Prior to joining DoubleLine in 2010, Mr. Lariscy was a Director and Agency General Manager of Barclays Capital’s California based banking operations. He also worked in the Legal Department at TCW and in the New York office of Linklaters. Mr. Lariscy has a JD from Tulane School of Law, a Masters in International Business from the University of South Carolina and a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida. He is a member of the bar in California, the District of Columbia and Florida.
Louis Lucido, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lucido is a founding member of DoubleLine, and a member of the firm’s Executive Management. He was previously at TCW as a Group Managing Director. Prior to joining TCW in 2001, Mr. Lucido was the Chief Investment Officer for Delphi Financial Group (DFG) and on a number of subsidiary Boards. Before DFG, he was the Chief Operating Officer, MD & Secretary for Hyperion Capital Management & was also a member of the Resolution Trust Advisory Committee. Since February 2013, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of CASA of Los Angeles and is currently Chairman. In June 2013 he was elected to the Board of Junior Achievement, Southern California and 826LA. In January 2015 he joined the Strategic Advisory Council of the CFA Society Los Angeles. In December of 2015 he was elected to the national board of the Lupus Research Alliance. Mr. Lucido received his MBA in Management and Finance from New York University, and is a former member of the Dean's Executive Board of the N.Y.U. Stern School of Business.
Casey Moore, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Moore joined DoubleLine in 2009 and is a member of the Executive Management. As Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for all information technology, including application development, systems integration, technical infrastructure, and disaster recovery. Prior to DoubleLine, he was an Assistant Vice President at TCW and focused on application development. He was initially hired at TCW as an enterprise database architect and later joined the Mortgage Backed Securities Group where he concentrated on developing RMBS analytic systems. Prior to TCW, he was a developer for Albertsons, where he created systems to forecast sales and manage labor budgets. Mr. Moore holds a BS in Management Information Systems from California State University, Bakersfield.
Ronald Redell, CFA, President, DoubleLine Funds, Executive Vice President, DoubleLine Group LP Director, Global Relationship Management
Mr. Redell is President of DoubleLine Funds Trust, Executive Vice President of DoubleLine Group LP, and a member of the Executive Management. He oversees DoubleLine’s Global business development and distribution lines. Prior to DoubleLine, he served as President and CEO of TCW Funds, Inc. and TCW Strategic Income Fund, Inc. Previously, Mr. Redell was Vice President of Marketing for RS Investment Management, formerly Robertson Stephens, where he was in charge of the firm's retail Mutual Fund sales and marketing effort through intermediaries. Previously, he was a Financial Consultant with Wells Fargo Securities. Mr. Redell holds a BA in Political Science from Stanford University. He is a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles and is a CFA charterholder.
Cris Santa Ana III, Chief Risk Officer
Mr. Santa Ana joined DoubleLine as the Chief Operating Officer in 2009, and now serves as the firm’s Chief Risk Officer and is an officer of DoubleLine Funds Trust. Mr. Santa Ana’s day-to-day duties include the oversight of trading operations and portfolio risk analytic teams. He also serves as a member of the Executive Management and various subcommittees which oversee and review business functions and enterprise risk across the firm. Prior to DoubleLine, Mr. Santa Ana was most recently a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of TCW’s Mortgage-Backed Securities Group. During his 15-year tenure at TCW, Mr. Santa Ana held various management positions starting in Domestic Fixed Income Operations overseeing portfolio accounting, reporting, compliance, and trading support for the Mortgage-Backed Securities and High Yield portfolio groups. Mr. Santa Ana received his BA in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Ignacio Sosa, Director, Product Solutions Group
Mr. Sosa joined DoubleLine in 2014 where he is responsible for new product development and working with DoubleLine's sales team, clients and advisors in support of the firm's existing product offerings. Mr. Sosa also oversees DoubleLine’s consultant relationships group as part of his management responsibilities. He is also a member of DoubleLine's Executive Management and Fixed Income Asset Allocation Committees. The latter serves as the firm’s investment committee. Previously, Mr. Sosa was an Executive Vice President at PIMCO and the product manager for that firm's emerging market debt business. Prior to joining PIMCO, Mr. Sosa spent more than twenty years managing portfolios of emerging market securities and currencies, primarily at his own asset management firm and Bankers Trust Company in New York and Tokyo. Mr. Sosa received his MBA from Babson College and his BBA from the University of Miami.
Barbara VanEvery, Director, Investor Services
Ms. VanEvery joined DoubleLine in 2009 where she oversees the Investor Services Group which includes Communications and Client Service. Ms. VanEvery is a member of the firm’s Executive Management. Prior to DoubleLine, she was a Senior Vice President at TCW for sixteen years where she was responsible for marketing, investor relations and communications for both the retail and institutional efforts for all mortgage-related and multi-strategy fixed income product areas. Previously, she worked with Provident Life & Accident Insurance, where she specialized in client relations and account management. Ms. VanEvery holds a BA in Political Science from California State University at San Diego.
Joseph Galligan, CFA, Executive Vice President
Mr. Galligan is a founding member of DoubleLine. He is a Portfolio Manager in the Mortgage Group and also participates on the Fixed Income Asset Allocation committee. Prior to joining DoubleLine in 2009, Mr. Galligan was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at TCW since 1991. Prior to TCW, he was a Vice President at Smith Barney in the Mortgage-Backed Specialist group. Prior to that, he spent five years at First Boston as Vice President in the same area. In addition, Mr. Galligan spent over three years at Scudder Stevens & Clark as a Portfolio Manager/Trader. Mr. Galligan holds a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a CFA charterholder.
Jeffrey Sherman, CFA, Deputy Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Sherman joined DoubleLine in 2009, currently serves as the Deputy Chief Investment Officer and is a member of DoubleLine’s Executive Management and Fixed Income Asset Allocation Committees. He additionally, serves as a portfolio manager for derivative-based and multi-asset strategies. Prior to DoubleLine, he was a Senior Vice President at TCW where he worked as a portfolio manager and quantitative analyst focused on fixed income and real-asset portfolios. Mr. Sherman assisted in developing real-asset strategies for TCW and was a portfolio manager overseeing several commodity funds. Prior to TCW, he was a statistics and mathematics instructor at both the University of the Pacific and Florida State University. He also taught Quantitative Methods for Level I candidates in the CFALA/USC Review Program for many years. Mr. Sherman holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of the Pacific and a MS in Financial Engineering from the Claremont Graduate University. He is a CFA charterholder.
