DoubleLine Shiller CAPE U.S. Equities ETF applies a disciplined, research-based approach to U.S. large-cap equity investing, grounded in the cyclically adjusted price-to-earnings (CAPE) ratio developed by Nobel Laureate Dr. Robert Shiller. By evaluating each sector’s valuation relative to its long-term historical average, the strategy identifies the most attractively priced sectors and systematically rotates into them. Monthly rebalancing ensures exposure to sectors with favorable relative value and momentum characteristics, while avoiding those with deteriorating trends. This methodology offers a compelling complement to traditional market-cap-weighted portfolios, particularly in environments marked by elevated concentration risk and valuation dispersion.
This ETF is different from traditional ETFs – traditional ETFs tell the public what assets they hold each day; this ETF will not. This may create additional risks. For example, since this ETF provides less information to traders, they may charge you more money to trade this ETF’s shares. Also, the price you pay to buy or sell ETF shares on an exchange may not match the value of the ETF’s portfolio. These risks may be even greater in bad or uncertain markets.
