Ms. Elam joined DoubleLine in 2012 and is responsible for Benefits and Administration. Prior to DoubleLine, she was the HR Records Manager at TBWA/Chiat/Day advertising agency. Previous to TBWA, Ms. Elam worked for two small investment advisory firms as Operations and Administration Manager. Prior to that, she worked for Smith Barney/Citigroup as Vice President of Operations. Ms. Elam’s prior experience also includes over 20 years at Goldman Sachs where, at the time of her departure, she was Vice President and Regional Office Administrator for its Memphis office.
